  • Will be first time running GH. What will be best way to dose 6 IU gh? All before for bed or 2 IU pre bed + 2 IU morning dose + 2 IU pre workout. For maximizing gains and anabolism. And will it make a big difference without insulin or insulin is a necessity. If yes I'm thinking 5 IU insulin pre and 10 IU insulin post workout short acting.     he stays on course for a while though and runs slin very high which I don't agree with cos high dose slin long term can lead to heart failure..so why i mainly stick to test+primo/mast+gh..still though slin used right is a very good compound if u struggle to eat and put on size but a lot of it is trial and error and it plays with your mind I've found personally cos when u are on slin u feel huge and strong..when u come off slin u feel small but I look better and healthier off slin so it's why I find slin can be very addictive..15iu novo slin, 10iu gh, 1 indica joint all taken 60 mins before an eating contest u probably would win
    Damn overthinking really cuts down on opportunities. 2 months back got ph no. of a lady from my workplace , she hesitated a bit and was looking down while putting her no. in , I feeled a bit off , so i didn't text her nd no calls either.     Has anyone found stopping caffeine altogether had improvement in their sleep ? I'm down to 1 scoop of warrior pre (200 mg caeffine)around 3 p.m , still having quality sleep issues. Can't remember the last time I fainted for 8 hours straight. It's counterproductive at this point.
    If my BMR is 1909 and I am exercising 6 days a week with 30 mins fasted cardio of incline 4 slope +4.5 . Workout is : chest arms , back shoulder , legs repeat. Every workout is balls to walls intensity. So what should be my maintenance calories around 3000 k ? Given my day is not physically exhausting at all. I burn 120-140 cals in morning cardio. I'm think of starting cut on 2500 or lower.... I don't count steps..might have to buy a watch or some shit.

    Realistically you need to count calories and track your weight then adjust from there.

    45-60 mins of morning fasted cardio to enter the calorie burning window , walking pace where you can hold a conversation , 30 mins is a bit too short imho , whats you actual body weight ? I used to do comp cuts starting from say 100/110kg @3000/2500 cals and dial it in from there over 20 weeks.... meal frequency is key 6/7 meals a day every 3 hours, should be starving at 2hour mark, workouts 45 min max , swap it up to super sets and light weight at the end.

    Same here, have a preference for sus. Hard to explain why but I feel it helps to avoid massive peaks and troughs. I seem to grow a little better on it as well. All anecdotal of course, so take with a grain of salt.

    Is it me or gear makes my face look ugly . Like facial aesthetics drop down a lot ,instant 15 years to my age. As soon I hop off I look a lot better , like people notice a drastic difference.... Why is that? I also get permanent tan on cycle , like skin gets darker anyone noticed this?

    Some people say getting baked before training gives them laser focus. Every single time I have trained stoned I have come out with an injury I wasnā€™t aware of until the next day. You lift different when you stoned and for me thatā€™s not a good thing

    If you are worried about pregnancy itā€™s pretty difficult to get them pregnant with all the drugs and birth control they take so I wouldnā€™t be concerned about the subsequent cream pie after said breaking of condom .

    I feel feel better on beef meals. Given it is extra lean mince or steaks always. Will high consumption of beef meat cause any significant impact on cholesterol levels? Tired of fuckin chicken and kangaroo. Beef tastes the best as well.

    Better performance. I reckon it's due to it being more calorie and nutrient dense. Less fatigue and better recovery, day and night difference in performance and recovery if I am eating more beef meals compared to chicken.

    Would say so mate. Just asking as I was thinking there might be some micro-nutrients in beef that's not in your diet otherwise potentially, which might create this improvement.
