  • If my BMR is 1909 and I am exercising 6 days a week with 30 mins fasted cardio of incline 4 slope +4.5 . Workout is : chest arms , back shoulder , legs repeat. Every workout is balls to walls intensity. So what should be my maintenance calories around 3000 k ? Given my day is not physically exhausting at all. I burn 120-140 cals in morning cardio. I'm think of starting cut on 2500 or lower.... I don't count steps..might have to buy a watch or some shit.

    Realistically you need to count calories and track your weight then adjust from there.

    45-60 mins of morning fasted cardio to enter the calorie burning window , walking pace where you can hold a conversation , 30 mins is a bit too short imho , whats you actual body weight ? I used to do comp cuts starting from say 100/110kg @3000/2500 cals and dial it in from there over 20 weeks.... meal frequency is key 6/7 meals a day every 3 hours, should be starving at 2hour mark, workouts 45 min max , swap it up to super sets and light weight at the end.

    I usually rotate E and Sust every cycle to keep things fresh in terms of how I feel and respond. Possibly a placebo effect at play, but the change in esters and corresponding downstream activity could also be influential.
    Is it me or gear makes my face look ugly . Like facial aesthetics drop down a lot ,instant 15 years to my age. As soon I hop off I look a lot better , like people notice a drastic difference.... Why is that? I also get permanent tan on cycle , like skin gets darker anyone noticed this?
    Anyone tried both pre workout and joint at the same time? I've never tried smoking before a workout , thinking of giving it a go ...

    Some people say getting baked before training gives them laser focus. Every single time I have trained stoned I have come out with an injury I wasn’t aware of until the next day. You lift different when you stoned and for me that’s not a good thing

    I’m not a fulltime smoker. But when ever I get stoned before a workout it’s my best ever. Mind muscle connection is off the charts, so locked in. I wouldn’t get to railed, but defiantly rip in

    If you are worried about pregnancy it’s pretty difficult to get them pregnant with all the drugs and birth control they take so I wouldn’t be concerned about the subsequent cream pie after said breaking of condom .
    Next time might I suggest not drilling her like you are drilling for oil and make it a more sensual experience….

    I'm not cared about pregnancy though . Just the STI and STD' man. I'll get tested just in case in after 30 days. Sucks being alone , it's been 2 years since I've had proper relationship. Takes a toll on my mental health.

    Can injectable L-carnitine cause lethargy. I'm using 1200 mg ATM for last 3 months. Feeling lethargic and weak during the workout , like more warm than usual and energy drained , strength's down. Like flu feeling ...warm and drained...

    I feel feel better on beef meals. Given it is extra lean mince or steaks always. Will high consumption of beef meat cause any significant impact on cholesterol levels? Tired of fuckin chicken and kangaroo. Beef tastes the best as well.

    Better performance. I reckon it's due to it being more calorie and nutrient dense. Less fatigue and better recovery, day and night difference in performance and recovery if I am eating more beef meals compared to chicken.

    Would say so mate. Just asking as I was thinking there might be some micro-nutrients in beef that's not in your diet otherwise potentially, which might create this improvement.
    Any of you guyz workout on the same day after donating blood? Really don't wanna take a day off.

    Well quite happy this time , my haemoglobin is not budging even with test and eq given my supplement stack. Perfect blood pressure even without Telmisartan. Really happy will not come off at all lol.

    I had basically no sides today at all time blood pressure bloat etc , given I am also using 1200 mg L-car every day and all my ancillary supps. Stomach's tip top as well , just non stop desire to workout and instant strength on every machine.

    Can high estrogen cause shitting problems or digestive issues?. I have 0 nipple sensitivity even on gram of test only and atm 0 blood pressure issues as well. But I don't know digestion suddenly got fucked. Currently 250 eq 1000g t , had to decrease eq coz of non functioning dick even on 500 eq 1000 g test, but digestion and appetite was 10x better before. Suddenly can't shit lol. It's like I'm bloated and my body is holding more water not letting it pass through intenstines if it makes any sense
    Any of you guyz cruise on 500 mg test here. ? I am planning to cruise on 375 mg i.e 0.5 ml M/W/F no AI nothing.

    @Blizzard is right, 250 is plenty. I cruise on 300 and I know it’s definitely more than I need and I’m 137kg.

    I have a slightly different view.

    A cruise dose is different for everyone. we all metabolise drugs so differently. You should base it on bloods and what you need to maintain your size and/or perform at the level you need to for you given sport/hobbies/lifestyle etc.

    I cruise around around 300-350mg per week. Mixed of test and mast/primo. Feel great and bloods and BP solid. Some guys may say thats way too high thats a cycle. But 200mg Test puts me at 30nmol. Where as I have seen 200mg put some guys at 60nmol+. I need 300mg+ to maintain my lean tissue.

    The lower you can cruise on the better. But you can't really throw any numbers out as everyone is so different. Find the amount you need from trial and error.
    Fucking got test fever couldn't train. Happening from the last 2 times, dosing 500 test e and 250 eq at once. Is it normal to get no flu if injecting 250 test at once but getting it on 500 at once? I seem to be normal if I inject less gear quantity like distributed over the week .Moreover it's fuckin looks my estrogen stays in range on 250 eq 1 g test after experimenting otherwise it plummets on more eq, it fuckin sucks. The flu stays for 1 day... Will switch to 4 injections a week from 2 per week. Hopefully I don't get the flu anymore.

    Could also be the possibility of your body not being able to break down the compounds/oil in the muscle rapidly enough. Causing your immune system to battle it. In turn causing the fever symptoms.

    Ahh i feel your pain man..750mg gear in a single pin is going to drive your white blood cell count up considerably, so its why you will have a general feeling of flu or feeling like "ass"
    Like you mentioned if u split it up to 4 pins a week with less mg, you should feel better post pin

    Left quad injection. Was injecting with 26 G 1-.15 inch needle . Nothing happened kept on inserting aspirated as well , as soon as I pushed the plunger I got spams and sharp pain on my entire leg. Removed the needdle there was 3-4 drops of blood , and the area keeps throbbing by itself. No bleeding, did I hit the nerve?. Fuck quad shots.
