Meal 2 is like a Shepards pie. Roo mince and Veges

Meal prep for the week. Meal 1 is fried rice with tiger prawns. This is something new I’m trying whilst moving to a more complete whole food diet. With the exception for some LCMs pre workout.

Meal prep lunches for the next 4 days. Friday I have our Christmas party and I don’t drink so looks like I’m gonna eat an absurd amount of buffalo wings at sporting globe and watch everyone make a cunt of themselves with an open bar.

Hope everybody in vic enjoyed a long weekend if you were lucky enough to get Monday off. We just got back from 5 days 4wdriving in the vic high country absolute cracker weekend.

Absolutely getting slaughtered by hey fever atm been awake since 3:30 sneezing and blowing my nose lol my alarm just went off so now I gotta go into work and finish working on my patrol. I’ve always wondered how much happier I might have been being one of those people that doesn’t ever modify their cars or give a fuck about them at all. Probably have shit loads more money as well
