Man what a day! Woke up to get on a plane today to go see Broderick Chavez’s live seminar only to find my flight was cancelled (FUCK YOU JETSTAR) so $1000 later we re-booked flights and made it there. What an experience! 10 hours of seminar, I got to stay back about 45 minutes after everyone else chatting to him and my wife and I are training with him and Mircea tomorrow

Week 1 down on Deregistered test and NPP, DHB from outside sponsor (no one sells here) and Anavar I got in and mixed myself.
Training was great! Super prominent pumps, not much in terms of strength. Weight up 3.8kg with no change to food. Interesting note is my sleep has improved massively to the point of sleeping all night, and even napping in the day. If I’m active I’m fine, as soon as I stop I need sleep
