You wouldn’t generally see an Asian criminal being this flashy, that’s why the fuckers fly under the radar so well…..17 luxury cars with customised plates 🤣🤣
Yeah when they fuck up it’s generally not with authorities it’s with the kind of people that take their kids and never see them again.

I assumed it would be stuff like benzos, very popular in “sports medicine”
Benzos are very cheap and easy to hit the PBS criteria for - if they were being prescribed they'd care about it from a fake scripts for drugs of dependence angle, not what it costs the PBS. Also not super likely in Vic because all benzo prescriptions (even private scripts) go onto the real time monitoring system (safescript) and if you're prescribing too many benzos you'll get pulled up unless you've got a valid reason (addiction med specialist etc)

The issue is, He was sitting on a shit tonne of cash for a long time.

Idle hands..... one car turns into 2 , into 3....

Bit yeah.

The reason he was so successful was cause he was LOUD and forward with his promotion of PEd's.

The car thing though I'll never understand.

Probably not - most of these drugs aren’t on the pbs, and those that are have very limited criteria so it generally gets done as a private script

This is probably lead by the cops from the “drug importation” side. Any doctors involved are fucked even as a private script though, at a minimum they’ll get done for innapropriate prescription of schedule 8 drugs and inadequate clinical records in addition to whatever trafficking charges the police are looking at
News.com.au said the bloke was using a blank signed prescription pad though. So doctors can plausibly deny the trafficking charges if they lawyer up properly and make up some bullshit legal excuses. Theyd likely get away with a slap on the wrist, except for maybe their medical license being terminated
