Hi all,

Post any training videos or content here you find unique or of high quality. From basic to advanced. Can be instructional, theory, or training programs.

Sift through all the bland stuff out there and find the quality to share with our community.

I’ll start with two.

The Mutant and his top 10 exercises. This one is interesting because he’s thrown in a few surprises I think and given some good explanations as to why.


And the Mountain Dog on his top 3 exercises for delts. RIP.

That thyroid & gh article is interesting, would there be more benefit to taking supraphysiological doses of t4 if we’re using high doses gh? Any idea how much t4 would be ideal in this situation to reap of the benefit?
 
Both of their forms are very impressive. It could be cause I'm a metal head but how the fuck they are listening to this music and going this hard itself is even more impressive.

Currently following this program! Find it to be a refreshing change. Very taxing and I'm lucky I have everything at home so I can time and have set up to go from one exercise to next without waiting. Just find deeper into sets my tempo is not maintained yet I keep trying to work on keeping that consistent throughout!

One of the best programs for size.
But have to leave ego out of it as very hard to maintain 10 reps with little rest
