Happy Friday my brothers.
As the title.would sugguest, what tips and tricks do you have when doing Quad and ventroglute injections. I have always done glutes and delts. But my left side glute has a small abscess non septic, so can't pin in that for awhile . I need a new spot or 2 and need it for this afternoon. I get a little nervous doing new spots as expected, I have been keen on quads for awhile but so much negative comments from most people that do them ( not being able to put weight on it for a few days ) which is not something I am to keen on hahaha. Is 25g needle good for quads ? Also ventro glute, I have a hard time finding this spot but think I now know . Again is 25g good for this spot and anything I should be mindful of while pinning there ?
