I've been doing everything to a T, counting calories, steps, working out to a program, gaining strength, lost 7kgs and body recomp looking good in the last 8 weeks since my misso dumped me, just invested in some MK677, Clen and MK2866.
Then crashed a scooter yesterday have a broken left thumb and right wrist. Feel absolutely devastated, have made training my 100% focus. Hands are fucked need surgery. All my gains and sacrifice will be lost.
What should I do? I mean I cab walk hills and diet still, maybe work legs at gym. Upper body muscles will be gone so depressing. Any advice? Thinking of the wolverine stack to heal, have been trying to think of ways to train without hands
