Hi All,

I am looking at adding some BPC157 and TB500 into my training regime.

The only time I have used either of these peptides was when I have tennis elbow and was using 400mcg per day to treat the injury. I have never used TB5000.

My training during the week usually consists of the following:

3 x Weight training. Each workout is full body, where I focus on compound movements (bench, squat, deadlift, rows etc as well as some isolated movements), in the 6-8 rep range
2 x Zone 2 Usually 1 hour each on the assault bike
1 x 10km run
1 x HIT usually 20-30mins on the assault bike
1 x Hard Enduro ride, usually between 3-5 hours. The best way to describe this would be like running for 3-5hrs and throwing in some CrossFit in between. Its pretty brutal and physically demanding on the body, muscle, joints, ligaments, bones etc. This is where I take the most damage and can usually take 1-2 days to recover.

I’m looking at implementing a safe BPC157 / TB5000 protocol, which can speed up recovery, particularly after the demanding 3-5hr hard enduro rides mentioned above (which usually take me 1-2 days to recover).

Given that I was taking 400mcg of BPC daily to treat an injury, what would be considered as safe dose / protocol to take long terms for the “micro” / “acute” injuries I incur after a big weekend rides?

I have never used TB500, so what would be considered a safe dose protocol?

I always try find the best minimum effective dose, which provides safe use, particularly for the long term.

Also, if there any other peptide suggestions which i could benefit from, please feel free to make mention of them.

Look forward hearing your suggestions.

Thanks!
