I have been going to the gym on and off for most of my adult life, then the last 6-7 years have been committed to going 4-5 days a week.
Diet was always my downfall just eating lots of protein but also lots of pub foods on days off work etc, I was using peds but just spinning my wheels not getting anywhere significant due to diet being out of whack.
After seeing the results of

Within a couple days
@The Professor had called me and gave me a full rundown of what I needed to do going forward.. food, peds and eventually training once I realised how switched on this man was. I even had to ask to pay him as he'd given me all this info and hadn't asked for any money yet.
Fast forward 9+ months and I'm in the best shape of my life. I've never seen my abs until now, my Mrs can't believe how good I look and this has all been on minimal peds!
Stano is an endless encyclopaedia of info and is constantly learning new courses on how to improve for his clients and replies to any questions almost any time of the day it's unreal.
Anyway here's a before and after of around 9months, and thats having holidays inbetween and still having beers and BBQs/weddings with family and friends when they pop up. @TheProfessor has been a godsend.
