New program idea? (3 Viewers)

Hey all.

In search of a new program to spice things up!! Run the jeff nippard and mark carroll programs before but looking for something to keep it interesting! I enjoy the standard PPL and an extra arm/weak Point day. The current program I am running is higher volume with about 10ish set per body part per workout with all set going for 8-12 reps with 1 RIR. This allows me 2 hit the same workout twice in a week.

If you have any that you have given a run and want to share let me know. I can flick thru any I have aswell.

Have you tried german volume training? It would give you a similar number of days in the gym/rest with a much different load/tempo.
The formula is pretty simple, you pick a compound lift you could do 20 reps of and do 10 sets of 10 with 60 seconds rest. The first few sets are pretty easy, but by the end your really working, use a rest timer so you don't cheat!
Run the extra volume for a while and then switch back to your old split but with low volume and heavier low rep range.
