My experience with Bravo coaching (2 Viewers)

First time using an online coach didn’t know what to expect heard a lot about people working with coaches online and was very on edge with what to expect with cookie cutter protocols copy paste programs waiting days for replies and my experience with Bravo was none of the above, being in a unique situation with fifo work and can’t track or choose my food while away rotating rosters more than 1 gym so equipment/exercises rotated and swapped as needed all of this was taken into account, unfortunately I couldn’t keep my coaching going on any further as fertility was my main goal short term and this was taken with no offence I know I’m welcome back with open arms and have every intention to do so, I was given a fertility protocol with new compounds I’d barely any knowledge on was educated accordingly and had every question I had answered, I cross referenced all the information I was given and everything checked out I would definitely recommend everyone who’s on the fence to reach out to bravo coaching I highly recommend. fingers crossed I get this bun in the oven and we will be working together again by the end of the year
