Client Transformation Review - “Michael”

“Michael” came to us about six months ago with a clear goal: to get into the best shape of his life. At the time, he weighed 122kg and was facing some health challenges, including slightly elevated blood pressure, liver markers, and LDL cholesterol, along with signs of insulin resistance. He also had some bad habits around food and alcohol that were affecting his overall health and fitness.

Despite these challenges, “Michael” was already a strong guy with impressive numbers—squatting 200kg, benching 140kg, and deadlifting 250kg. However, his lifestyle and habits needed adjustment to reach his full potential.

We started by focusing on building a strong foundation of better habits. This included cleaning up his diet, focusing on whole foods, and increasing his daily activity by getting his step count up. As these new habits became routine, we strategically introduced PEDs, including testosterone, clenbuterol, rHGH, and injectable L-carnitine, to optimize “Michael’s” ability to lean out quickly and effectively.

The results speak for themselves. “Michael” now weighs 105kg and has not only improved his health but also pushed his strength to new heights. He’s now squatting 215kg, benching 150kg, and deadlifting 270kg. Even more importantly, his blood pressure, cholesterol levels, liver markers, and insulin resistance have all improved significantly. He is now in the best health of his life.

We’re now in the process of gradually increasing his caloric intake to find a sustainable maintenance level, with plans to hold and recomp before entering a growth phase early next year.

🚀 Client Transformation: Jack’s Journey to Size and Strength 🚀

Meet Jack, a trainer himself who came to us for a new approach, ready to explore the enhancement route to achieve his physique goals. His mission? To put on size and lean up, and the results speak for themselves.

Starting at 90kg, Jack packed on 5kg of quality mass, finishing at 95kg over the course of about 8 months. We took a strategic approach, using a moderate amount of testosterone, growth hormone, L-carnitine, and other ancillaries, slowly increasing his food intake to achieve a perfect recomp.

We kept his weight training focused on the basics—compound movements with targeted accessories to bring up the body parts Jack wanted to refine. His intensity in the gym and strict adherence to his diet were key to his transformation.

Now, we’re wrapping up a small diet phase to get ready for summer before entering a maintenance and health phase. Next year, Jack has his sights set on putting on some serious mass, and we couldn’t be more excited to continue working with him!
