I've been diagnosed with Bipolar, depression, anxiety for over half my life and medicated as such (which definitely helps to control the extremes)
Manic episodes are “fine” persee. I do a lot, gym properly, eat right, cardio, etc.
Been in a slump for 4 weeks and every part of life and especially fitness has gone to a shit.
Just wondering how others deal with it?
I'm not looki in fto pity or sympathy. I'm not special in this feeling. I also don't really like being told to “buck up”, because I obviously would if I could.
Yes I do seek help, I don't mess with meds. Stable job and finance, no partner (they don't need to put up with it)
Just wondering howw others manage
Thanks
