Hi all,

Topic chosen by member @Markus

Who’s the AAS content creator you listen to and respect the most? Any others feel free to mention in the comments.

Cheers

Vigorous Steve for sure, every time I seemingly have a question / problem he has already made a video on it. Love his content.

Paul Barnett (Anabolic Bodybuilding), Todd Lee (Anabolic University) and Kurt Havens are some other smaller content creators I enjoy and worth checking out.

Many members new to the scene may not know most or any of them so we’ll start posting in some of the more useful content from these blokes.

I put down Dave Crosland for a couple of reasons:

He's funny as fuck.
Highly underrated - there's a reason he is the only person Broderick Chavez is not condescending to.
He's taken more gear probably than the entire board combined.
He sees more blood work than any of us will and knows what compounds do what to our profiles.

There's a few more, but most of you don't rate him, yet all the people you mention contact him frequently.

He’s got that English dry sense of humour..

Nobody rates Dave Palumbo? I have to say, his knowledge of medicine overall is quite good but I can’t stand it when he starts actually talking about something good and interesting then he’s off flogging his supplement line or his useless out of date and expensive roidtest kit…

Coach Trevor was good and very knowledgeable..he got me out of my bostin lloyd tendencies (rip though)

Chase irons has a lot of good info actually..he got his heart scanned recently and his heart is a totally normal size
Something simple is doing HIIT cardio which I learned from him for heart health

My RHR was 85-95bpm for a while..heart beating unnecessarily silly at rest..doing sex and heart was jumping outta chest like fuckin hell
Doing HIIT 3-4 x week for last 3 months and RHR is 68-72bpm
Chase saved me

I really don’t know what Chase Irons is trying to achieve with his latest 5 gram gear regiment. Yeah his heart was of normal size but he’s still taking huge risks for what, a few YouTube clicks.

A lot of these guys we’re debating above to an extent have pretty good info but the problem is it’s all been said and done before. The approaches to how people cycle, accessibility of different drugs, TRT and a lot of these additional nutropics have now changed.

When you’re talking steroids tho, what we knew in the 90’s really hasn’t changed all that much at all till today. A lot of these guys are trying to market themselves in different ways to stand out, compete for clicks and so on but I’d say the majority of it is just reinventing the wheel again presented to you in a different way.
