If you stop growing on 500 test and just starting to get alot more fat then muscle gain is it time to dial in the food macros (vs outright cals) or is it time to dial back (over 10w on 500 vs cruise)

But to keep it simple for explanation. Mix 1000:1
So for a 5000iu vial. 5ml bac is easier. 1000iu hcg per ml of bac. Use less bac if you want to condense that strength. Example 2ml bac is 2500iu hcg per ML
