    Sup boys quick question: would having a cold skew blood test markers? Specifically gamma? I had one a few weeks ago and gamma was slightly high so the plan was to retest tomorrow- but I’ve got a cold… I think infections raise CRP if I’m not mistaken but would it skew liver markers as I’m mostly interested in if my gammaGT is down…

    Nearly every cycle I have had to cut short or end early due to sickness or injury. I have had a bad run.

    @Shankle yeah I thought about cutting it short but just gonna rest up, use the week as a deload and a bit of a mini cut and get back into it next week. Try n push on for another 10 weeks

    premium supps has a product called suspend that's basically vegetable glycerine with some flavouring, and I know some people use vodka or even metho (in tiny amounts you shouldn't go blind but your results may vary)

    Dude I was in hospital on NYE. My entire back seized up. Happens once or twice a year. My friend had to come get me off the floor I was in that much fucking pain. They injected me with some strong NSAIDs and within the hour I was ok. Then it's off to dry needling to release the locked up muscles. Then massage, then ease back into full range motion movements

    Holy crap dude! I don’t even know if mine is a pinched nerve or not, I’m getting an ultrasound tomorrow. My symptoms are just a sore right side upper back and loss of strength in my right tricep. Hopefully mine doesn’t get as bad as that damn bro that sucks.

    I believe most (all?) injectable orals are basically just the regular oral methylated and all suspended in a sterile liquid. I'd be more than happy for someone to correct me because I've tried adrol PWO a couple of times now and really enjoyed it, but I'm not super keen on the liver toxicity in the long run

    I have multiple eye floaters from nolvadex, one of serms side effects are occular damage with quick onset. I only used it for a few weeks

    Hey bro - def don't take it preventatively - otherwise you'll never know whether the compound gave you issues or not.

    Last gyno flare up I had I took the 60mg ralox tabs, one per day for under a week and it smashed it.
    That was alongside 0.5mg adex each day too for those few days.

    I’m wearing a Rogue strongman shirt with Thors “DONT WEAKEN” saying on the front. I said no worries at all mate, I shook his hand and wished him all the best. Maybe being delayed was meant to happen for his sake, I currently feel a lot better about being delayed at the airport. And I really hope he is ok.

    Yeah was really fun, was taught by u90kg 2019 WSM. Did a bunch of technique loads with 80kg stone and loaded a 109kg stone pretty easily. By that point I was pretty gassed. Skin on forearms are burning though, will tape them up next time
